Reservation terms

  • Per-seat deposit

A deposit of $50 a seat holds the booking and comes off your final bill. It's nonrefundable inside 48 hours.

  • Allergies, not preferences

We'll route around a genuine allergy. We won't swap out a course because uni isn't your thing — that's omakase.

  • Be on time

The chef starts when the counter fills. Arrive ten minutes early; latecomers may forfeit their stool to standby.

Reservation questions

When do seats open?

The 1st of each month at 10:00, for the whole next month. They sell out the same day — book early.

Can I book the full counter?

Private buyouts of all eighteen seats are available on Sundays. Use the contact page to arrange one.

What about children?

Guests twelve and up are welcome at the counter. The full omakase is a long, quiet service — plan accordingly.
