How Our Omakase Counter Works

You sit. He decides.

There is no à la carte. The chef reads the day's fish and builds your meal nigiri by nigiri, in front of you, in order.

Fish over everything

Bluefin, uni, kinmedai, aji — sourced at auction and aged on our terms. If it isn't right, it isn't served.

Earn the seat

Eighteen stools, two services, six nights a week. Reservations open the first of each month and close within hours.

Getting to the Counter: A Step-by-Step Guide

  1. 01 — Reserve

    Bookings open the 1st of each month for the following month. Pick a service: 6:00 or 8:30.

  2. 02 — Confirm

    A per-seat deposit holds your stool. Tell us about allergies now — there is no menu to amend later.

  3. 03 — Arrive

    Come on time. The chef starts when the counter is full, and he does not wait.

  4. 04 — Trust the chef

    Eat in order, ask questions, finish each piece in a bite. Tell him when you've had enough.

What a seat costs

Before you book

Can I order what I want?

No. Omakase means 'I leave it to you.' The chef chooses every course. We will work around allergies, not preferences.

How far ahead do reservations open?

The first of every month, at 10:00, for the entire following month. They go fast — set a reminder.

What if it's fully booked?

Join the standby list. We release held seats 24 hours out and text the list in order.

Is there a dress code?

No code, but no strong fragrance — it competes with the fish. Leave the cologne at home.
